Background

 As many of us know, and may still be coming to terms with, the events of the past few days have left scores of residents in Aluthgama with little to no basic necessities.  There are many who need our support and if there is any way to convey a message of hope and solidarity, this is one of them.

  1. The National Christian Evangelical Alliance of SL - No. 95, Galle Road, Dehiwela (When travelling from Colombo, it's the blue and red four-story building to your left, just past the flyover).
  2. The Girl Guides Association (opposite the Public Library, Colombo).
  3. The Dehiwala Mosque (Moor Road, off the William Grinding Mills road).
  4. Akbar Mosque (Slave Island, Colombo 2).
